The Soul Tribe is a collective designed specifically for Black creatives and artists, recognizing the unique challenges they face in the creative industry and world. By fostering a community of like-missioned visionaries, we provide tailored resources, mentorship and business tools Through a blend of community, education, and strategic support, to help artists/creatives build sustainable, thriving careers. Centering cultural awareness and economic empowerment, this platform ensures that Black creatives have access to the guidance and opportunities needed to navigate and succeed in an industry that often overlooks their contributions. Our invite-only approach allows us to cultivate a community of individuals who align with our mission, ensuring meaningful connections and collective growth. Every soul tribe member is a rostered artist in our agency.

At Speak to My Soul, we utilize our vast network to connect our artists/creatives with opportunities that align with their values, provide tools and training to help sustain their artistry and nurture the artist holistically. If there are no opportunities available, we use our platform to create our own.
Our membership model provides our in-house artists/creatives access to professional artist development, holistic support (mind, body and soul), a community of like-visioned artists and monthly creative coaching.
