Solise Alisa White is a passionate dance, choreographer and creative entrepreneur devoted to creating programs that center self-awareness and mental wellness. Her journey with movement began at the age of 10, when she discovered the power of expression through dance. From performing on her high school dance team to continuing her exploration of movement at Millersville University, dance has remained a consistent and healing force in her life. She has been featured in Marsha Ambrosuis' 90's Love music video, provided artists with stage presence training and trained internationally learning more ways to intersect ancestral healing with movement.

A self-taught choreographer, Solise has worked across a range of styles and has choreographed impactful productions such as Speak to My Soul: A Montage of Voices, Purple Cries for Blue Skies, and Moana Jr. Her performances across various stages have served not just as artistic expression, but as a form of liberation and emotional release.

While she holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Rehabilitation and Reintegration, Solise has chosen to use dance as a tool for healing—focusing on dismantling mental imprisonment and addressing the physical impact of emotional trauma. Growing up in a household affected by domestic violence deepened her commitment to using movement as a form of emotional expression and healing.

Solise is the founder of Soul Kharisma, a space dedicated to helping others discover their best selves through dance and dance fitness. Through this platform, she fosters a vibrant, supportive community where people can have fun, release, and connect. Her mission is to reunite mind, body, and soul—offering diverse, accessible opportunities for transformation through her lifelong passion: dance.

She frequently works with youth, providing access to healing tools through movement in programs such as the Benchmark Program, Advantage Lancaster, and several School District of Lancaster and York schools. In addition, she extends her impact to senior centers, offering programming that supports accessible recreation and well-being for the aging community.
