Meet Solise Alisa White
Solise is the Co-Owner of A Concrete Rose Book Bar Co., and Creative Chief Officer and Head Choreographer of Speak to my Soul. Solise has choreographed theatrical plays such as Speak to My Soul: A Montage of Voices and Purple Cries for Blue Skies. Solise is a creative director and can also be seen in Marsha Ambrosius video, 90's Love. Being no stranger to dance Solise found a beautiful passion in dance fitness.
Solise is a passionate artist who loves and believes dancing is therapeutic to the soul. She created Soul Kharisma Dance Fitness, movement with meaning, a high-energy dance workout to Hip Hop, R&B, Reggae, Afrobeat, Soca, and Caribbean music. Through Soul Kharisma Dance Fitness she successfully merged wellness with a fun cultural experience.
Understanding the difficulty of weight loss, lack of self confidence, low self esteem as well as experiencing anxiety, Solise realized dancing was not only the best form for her to reach her goals mentally and physically but she realized it could help others. Solise decided to share the joy and self building she experienced with creating a dance fitness program. Solise understands the power of what self empowerment can do for the mind and it is her goal to empower others to reach their best selves. So, here we are, Soul Fitness, a high energetic dance fitness class filled with positive energy and high motivation.

Soul Kharisma Dance Fitness is the language of movement feeding your soul through dance fitness. It encourages freedom of expression through movement while creating a safe and care free environment for all that have a passion or interest in dance and fitness. Soul Kharisma Dance Fitness aims to create a space of comfort, encouragement, support, confidence and freedom of expression.
